There's a lot I'm trying to use up at the moment:
- shampoo that smells amazing but is ridiculously drying for my hair. Works wonders as a makeup brush cleaner, though, plus my brushes smell like rosemary and mint. Very slow to use up, however, as brushes need only a tiny bit...
- conditioner that I used to love, but now I've found an even better one that I refuse to buy until I'm out of the current one. Maybe I can start conditioning my brushes too?
- facial masks. I bought a lot of individually packaged ones and used to use them regularly, but then I realised my face is much happier when I mess with it less. Still occasionally like using a mask, but it's become so rare that they're not worth buying in bulk. Trying to use up the ones I have before they expire, and only buy more as needed.
- travel-sized toiletries. Great space-savers when I travel, but boyfriend keeps bringing hotel shampoos and lotions back, so our stash of travel stuff grows rather then shrinks.
- window cleaners. We still have 2 open bottles, from when boyfriend and I moved in together, and we use them haphazardly. Really should hide one until we go through the other one. They're different kinds, and I have no idea whether they can be mixed safely.
- one bottle of foundation (almost gone, and I have a new one that I'm very excited to try, but I know that if I don't finish the old one first, it will be around for ages) and a few eyeshadows
- a variety of notepads and notebooks left over from my student days
