Nothing major, it's just that I'm fighting off my 4th viral thingy in about 2 months. The first one was norovirus, I think, since it hit like a ton of bricks and involved some unpleasant time in my bathroom. The others have been upper respiratory stuff.
I thought I was all done, had a marvelous and productive day on Wednesday for the first time in weeks, Thursday was good, then Friday I'm back to a hacking cough, sounding like a baritone, and fatigue. Blech.
So, probiotics, healthy food, and as little stress as I can manage. What do you folks do to get out of the winter health slump?
