I tried several mail-order tea places and ended up with Upton Tea. Google them. Like their stuff a lot. They sell a range of teas, from expensive high-end stuff to everyday, less expensive. I buy their pe-erh (organic second-grade) and lapsang souchong (premium Black Dragon).

I've had some good teas from The Tea Spot, and also Adagio, but I drink black teas rather than herbals, so not sure about their herbal selections,
