I looked online/google and could not find advice but I know some of you have the same foot issues I do and thought you might know...
I had my feet casted in plaster in order to have custom in-shoe orthotics made by the Dr a few years ago. They gave me the casts to keep in case I needed to order more inserts. Does anyone know how long one should keep these things around? I assume the foot changes some over time and should be re-cast? the process is very expensive so I don't want to just chuck the casts in the trash without a bit of research, but I sure would like to get rid of the box currently cluttering up a shelf.
