I went to a Pirate Gift exchange a couple days ago and won a gorgeous pair of very colorful, sort of Laurel Burch-y print pillow cases.
My bed spread is a tropical print, again very colorful, but the shiny new pillowcases Do Not Match the bedspread. At All. What to do, what to do?
On the way to the dog park this morning, I realized I could turn my bed spread over! I don't have to buy a new one or hunt for a decent used one, AND I get to use my beautiful, rainbow colored new pillowcases! HOORAY!
I love it when I can use what I already have to get what I really want!
