Yes...the (wheat) grains are nothing what they used to be like 100 years ago. New grains were developed (modified) originally to help better feed the world population through a quick-growing process...kind of a wheat with big muscles! Unfortunately, the human body systems weren't quite ready for this and it was too quick a change for a great majority of the population. I suspect that this will be similar to the cigarette industry scandal...a hundred years from now it will be admitted that the modified grain was a major source of mass illnesses...right now, nobody wants lawsuits, so it is being dismissed and denied. I had two students that were diagnosed with "autism"...when placed on a gluten/wheat-free diet the "autism" disappeared. Something's up!

artgal, that is fascinating about your students.
i read a book many years ago, suggesting dietary cures (including lots of vitamins and nutritional supplements) for all manner of mental illnesses.
it was considered quite a radical approach, but it makes a lot of sense.Posted 3 months ago #
