Oh dear - should have read further before buying. This is a book I looked at some time ago; I didn't finish it then and probably won't now.
The author seriously needed an editor; if spelling, grammar, and punctuation are a problem for you, the book will annoy you on a regular basis. There may be good stuff in here, but the author is clearly fond of himself (I'm using restraint here) and that gets under my skin a bit too.
Please note that my criticisms here are based on my own minor peeves; I just find that those minor peeves, for me, really get in the way of the content, so I haven't had a chance to really judge what the book is saying. Reading this book makes me feel I'm being lectured by a 23-year-old boy who can't wait to get back to his frat reunion - either that, or people who are more important than I am. That's pretty harsh. I'll try to read further to see if he can win me back, but I'll admit I don't have very high hopes.
Impulse buys...I should know better. At least it was an e-book!
