Oh Mahitahi, I love it when I hear people people say their decluttering efforts is "very liberating". I think it changes us forever once we experience that feeling.

Thinking of "PRIOR" PLANNING INSTEAD OF "PERFECT" PLANNING has made it much easier to just get started. That has been really helpful in all areas of life.

It is so positive to be encouraged for what has been achieved so far, rather than continually being reminded of what still needs to be done next!
It is so liberating to find some good company in the hard basket. Thanks.
I don't need to please my work colleagues so much.
I stand taller, knowing I'm working hard on something they may not have to tackle, but it's worth it, and time spent clearing clutter does not mean that I'm not good at my job.
Self-esteem is coming to the fore all the time, now that I'm actually in action.
Leo Babauta's-www.zenhabits.com metaphor of being a fish, working with the current has brought the joy back into it all for me.Posted 11 months ago # -
o, you sound like you are going great guns!
it must feel marvellous, and so it should.
you will find that declutteredness breeds more of the same....just as clutter breeds clutter.
and really you know, it is simply a matter of figuring out YOUR priorities so that you can have the life you want.Posted 11 months ago # -
So true, bandicoot.
I have been soooooooooooooo quick to treat everyone else in my life as more important than my priorities.
It's a whole new way of working, to do what I think first!
Never too late!
Thanks for confronting me with a new reality.Posted 11 months ago #
