I just read about this on another website and am enchanted. MUST HAVE.
Basically it's a silicone modular drawer organization system that you can customize and tweak to accommodate any size drawer, any size/shape "stuff."

That is, hands down, the best drawer organizing system I have seen. I want it too.
ack. it's going to take some doing to restrain myself from this one!
OH. MY. Wow! I really want it. What bugs me are those lift-in ready-molded pieces that lose a lot of storage due to poor design in both corners and between compartments. They seldom fit the drawers either. And finally, the utensils of *my* household rarely fit, either lengthwise or widthwise.
It's even easy to clean; just pop the small pieces into a bag for delicates (obviously for kitchen use then) with fine weaving and chuck them in the upper compartment of the dish washer!
I'm in organizing heaven! Bookmarked.
What about a silpat mat in the bottom of the drawer instead? Or, cheaper still, one of the silicone baking mats from the $1 section at Target? You wouldn't have the little dividers, but I would forget what belonged between each divider anyway...
Love the slip mat hack!
There are shelf liners available that are slip proof and cushioned. I have it lining the kitchen cabinet uppers and some of the drawers. I don't know why, but I never considered using it in the utensil drawers.
Hi everyone, first I need to say that I am a shareholder in the company that makes the DrawerDecor system. Just thought I would mention a few things: the DrawerDecor Basemat has a special grid system that makes cutting the mat to fit any size drawer very easy and it looks much nicer (something you can't do with a cheap silicone mat). The other great thing is that if you forget what goes where you can move our Divitz dividers around anywhere to accommodate new or different utensils in the drawer. Also we offer very stylish and vibrant colors that add a little pop to your kitchen. If anyone has any questions about DrawerDecor just let me know.
@JuliaJayne, which shelf liners have you had success with? (A link or product name would be great!) I've tried a few and none of them keep things in place. The liner wrinkles, the things slide around, and it's messier than just throwing everything in the drawer all willy-nilly!
I have only tried the one from Ikea. No complaints but then I don't slam drawers shut with great determination either.
LOL Nina.
Minneapolisite. I tried to find the product before I posted, but I can't remember the manufacturer's name. I saw it a few weeks ago, so I know they still make it. I'm going shopping in the next few days so I'll look for it then post a link. I put thumb tacks in the 4 drawer corners to keep the liner in place.
