Do you mean this one, which I found in a Swedish online store: http://www.terrang.se/ProductInfo?i=511-56955
And here you can find it in black, and as far as I can see they ship to Sweden: http://www.military1st.co.uk/58601-019-5.11-rush-24-backpack-black.html
Yes they ship to sweden but I wanted to buy it from US because it's almost double the price to get it from those stores. Trade and tax regulations are ruining my decluttering. I can't seem to justify the double cost for tax. Thanks anyway. I might crumple but i'm checking for alternatives right now.
Do you have a friend in the US who could buy it for you? I recently did like that with something I wanted that didn't ship to Sweden.
to finland one can import for 43€ or less and still be sure a parcel does not stay in customs; a ridiculously small amount imo. good luck and sorry i could not be of more assistance.
I've always like the Jansport brand for backpacks.
My son used one Jansport all through high school, college, and medical school. I would have written sooner, only I couldn't think of the name of the brand till Aleigh wrote in.
I have a Mountain Equipment Co-op (western Canada) pack that I just realized is 20 years old, I got it in junior high! mec.ca is their website I think, I'm not going to try the address because I will get sucked in... LOL.
Chiming in to talk up Jansport. My husband still has his backpack from high school. It looks almost brand new. I bought my little brother the same model for Christmas and it seems to be working out well. Their website has travel bags, too.
Thank you very much for all your input it is greatly appriciated. I've checked all the websites and it is very promising.
I recently bought a new backpack that I use for daily commuting: http://www.tombihn.com/page/001/PROD/100/TB0110
I find that it's smaller size makes it easier to manage and keeps the weight down. This forces me to only take those things that I really need, but the bag is big enough for day travel and commuting.
Yowch, that's quite a price tag!
