In 2011, I’m trying out small, monthly resolutions instead of large, annual New Year’s resolutions. My public resolution for January was to be more organized in the kitchen, and create and use more nutritious meal plans for my family. In February, I will go through everything — absolutely everything — in my office. - Unitasker Wednesday: Watermelon knife
