This seems to me less a unitasker so much as just an extreme luxury item. I don’t think it’s any less unitasking than a regular pool table, table tennis table, foosball table or any other such. It’s just an extreme ‘stuff’.

I bought one of these, having quickly identified it as an absolute necessity. Unfortunately I couldn’t then afford to build the pool to put it in, so I put it in my pond instead.

It really brings a special something to my back garden, although, sadly, the goldfish don’t seem to get much use out of it.

We put the ‘pool’ in pool table.

Personally, I’d go for the clear canoe listed on their site. I can see more point to it and it’s less than a quarter of the price.

Are the pool balls made of alabaster? If so, they would not be conducive to playing water polo. Can you imagine getting hit in the head with one of those things? DROWNING VICTIM!!!

Technically, both swimming pools and pool tables are large unitaskers. At least this way you combine spaces efficiently. Even the names are more efficient: swimming pool table.

While putting it in a swimming pool strikes me as pretty stupid, I can actually see a use for this thing. I’ve always thought it would be kind of fun to have a pool table in the backyard (thanks for the idea, Drew Carey!) for BBQs and such, and this one could be left out in the rain!

Definitely not worth $6,500 though!

It might be fun at a resort. But definitely a waste of pool space at home.
