Standing up while working sounds like a great idea. This could be useful for things that you want to spend less time on, like answering email or making phone calls.

I have to agree with the idea that buying in bulk does create more clutter. There’s something to be said for only having space to store the essentials — including essential amounts. You’ll keep only the freshest of food in your house this way.
