That guest post by Gina Trapani was one of the most useful things I have ever read, here or anywhere. I followed her advice, and almost exactly a year later, my inbox is still empty (except for the three messages that came in while I was typing this). If anyone is bogged down in email, I highly recommend clicking on that link.
