Thanks for the re-post about uncluttering your writing using the AlphaSmart. I bought one about ten years ago and just never got into it as I thought I would, mostly because there was no internet.
I see that this could actually be the best part! I was on the brink of selling it on E-bay and your post inspired me to rethink my use of it for travel writing and journalling.

Great recommendation on the toy library! I was on their board several years ago, before my son outgrew it. For those concerned about germs, patrons are asked to wash toys before returning them, and there are buckets placed high on the wall to hold toys that have been mouthed for washing.
