Winter storage event at Home Depot
Home Depot is currently holding a sale on all storage products until January 31. The Winter Storage Event prices are available online and in-store. (Some products are in-store only.)
When most of us are watching our wallets, this is a good opportunity to take advantage of sale prices while organizing a specific problem area of our homes. Categories of storage include: closet storage (wood and wire), garage storage, living room storage, pantry storage, and multi-purpose storage.
Before you head out to your local Home Depot, be sure to figure out what you need for your specific organization project. Make sure you take measurements and try to envision what you need before you make your purchase.

I recently took advantage of this sale to get my garage, laundry room, and bathroom clutter under control. The storage bins on sale are great! They hold a ton of stuff and are clear-you’ll never forget what is inside. We walked out of the store spending not a lot of money but tackling some HUGE problems in our home. What a sense of accomplishment

My wife and I were going to buy some but decided that we cant buy any new until we remove old.
so we went through old cardboard storage and ended up throwing away and donating enough stuff in the basement to not need any more bins. we cleared out 3 shelves and had 2 truckloads of stuff to the donation bins.
I’m hoping the next sale will clear out even more stuff

Yeah this is great if they have the stuff in stock. My husband and I went to two of our local Home Depot stores and we were looking for 18 gal tubs that they had on sale…long story short they didn’t have any and we had to wait a few weeks for them to come in. The manager told us that they will will-call them but when we went to do so the guy who rang them up for us told us that they don’t normally do that sort of thing. I’m glad that the manager helped us out first cause we would have ended up at another store buying something similar for probably more money. So the moral of the story is if there is something in the ad that they are out of in the store just ask if they will put it on will-call…it doesn’t hurt to ask.
