His mother helped by looking worried and telling him that I had heard they were all the rage among college students. You can only do this with people with a quirky sense of humor. Every time we see their car it's filled with a dozen+ visors with random crap clipped to them. And they wear them. Of course, these are the same people who purchased electric heated slippers that plug into the wall like an electric blanket. I thought at first they were joking, alas no. She's a freak about both visors and organization. I once had to talk her out of wearing a visor she made out of a paper plate because she left the house without her visor or sunglasses and we were going to be outside all day. Thankfully, I was able to reason with her that since we may run into people I worked with, she shouldn't meet them wearing a paper plate on her forehead.
