It’s nice looking, too. This might have to go on the ol’ Christmas wish list…

Very nice, but wow is that expensive.

Wow, $199 seems a little steep for such a thing.

Too expensive at half the price.

This looks to me like a real clutter magnet — like a kitchen junk drawer only open for all to see.

$200? Uh, I think I’ll surf Ikeahacker for inspiration. I really don’t need any iPod stuff, since I don’t have one.

Just a heads up: Oprah has a new clutter episode with Peter Walsh on tomorrow (Wednesday 11/12) titled “Clean up your Messy House”.

This is pretty cool, but kinda of a big commitment for a piece of furniture that’s a landing station…I like the idea though!

It’s “sound system” is beyond horrible. I demoed one of these and they sound like garbage and paying $199.00US for a press-board wall cabinet with a power strip in a drawer is overpriced.
Get the Ikea wall laptop desk and use that. far better built, works better for these tasks and you can put real speakers in there if you wanted to.

I think this is a good inspiration piece and that’s what Unclutterer readers should take from it. Makes me want to design something similar of my own.

presumably the pricetag is for all the included electronics… but i-on know…just not feeling it for some reason (any colors besides white laminate? I mean…. ????)

Gosh, I’m so glad I’ve resisted the allure of the iPod. I don’t even own a CD player. It seems like it requires a lot of time to charge, organize playlists, and not to mention, sometimes songs just clutter my brain instead of relaxing me!

Apparently the comments deriding this thing were representative of its general reception: as of today, it no longer seems to be available on jcp.com
