Workspace of the Week: Organized Pixar wall
This week’s Workspace of the Week is hotrocket’s Pixar desk:

Seeing that Wall-E was released a couple weeks ago, I wanted to highlight this organized Pixar wall, and the very empty desk that sits in front of the shrine. This reminds me of the very organized memorabilia office we featured a while back. If you have a collection of something that you truly find inspiring, it is possible to find a way to display them so they do not overtake your workspace.
Want to have your own workspace featured in Workspace of the Week? Submit a picture to the Unclutterer flickr pool. Check it out because we have a nice little community brewing there. Also, don’t forget that workspaces aren’t just desks. If you’re a cook, it’s a kitchen; if you’re a carpenter, it’s your workbench.

I love seeing clean desks – they’re so inspiring. My favorite part about this workstation is actually the bookcase right next to the desk – everything is so accessible right from where you’re sitting!

I think I have a lot of work to do before i can possibly top the organization of that board!

love that wall. i have similar white poster boards tacked to the wall (with miracle 3M picture hangars – they really don’t stick and you can snap them off really easily) for all my idea boards. this one looks so beautifully organized. love the spacing and the colors.

Love the clean desk and the wall. Looking at my desk isn’t quite as inspiring, better get to work!

The only thing I have that approaches a collection is a box of wrist watches, some of which are very meaningful to me—I don’t know about inspiring. Since the are in a display box, it stashes nicely on a bookshelf.
