Hi, Don’t you think if you’re going to keep a blog, it’d be nice (for your readers) if you write new stories as opposed merely recycling 1 year old stories? I subscribe to your feed but I’ve noticed recently it’s a waste of time, there’s nothing new, everything starts with “A year ago on Unclutterer…”

I wasn’t a reader a year ago, so it’s nice to get lins to old articles from time to time. I wouldn’t have the patience to go through the old posts without it !

@Bored: I like the ‘A Year Ago’ posts, but if you don’t, you have the option to subscribe to feed that doesn’t have them here:

I just started reading this site about 5 days ago as I was preparing to move a good portion of my apartment to storage. I find the “year ago” posts to be helpful. They point to interesting old posts that some of us wouldn’t otherwise see, such as the post, and linked article, about the guy living in about 250 square feet.
I very much enjoy the site and hope to use some of the ideas in my own experiment.

Is bored’s comment a joke? because it is just that ridiculous. Anyways, I enjoy these posts and I just used my corn cob holders last night

I’m pretty new to this blog too, and I’m enjoying catching up on posts from a year ago. With one exception… there seems to be some clutter in front of someone’s dictionary.
I really wanted to enjoy that post about transforming jewelry, but the constant misspelling of the key word in the story just made me cringe. Is it too late to go back and fix it? If you are talking about a pretty pin, it’s spelled “brooch” – the spelling you used, “broach” is what you do to a touchy subject.

@Bored — Katie’s response is correct. We have a RSS feed without the A Year Ago posts.

The A-bike, hmmm… must be slow as hell. Tiny wheels and what I can only assume is a tinier gear ratio.
