Workspace of the Week: Repair cubicle
This week’s Workspace of the Week is Propsqueen81’s service cube:
Propsqueen81 is a computer technician and uses this space to repair all sorts of broken gadgets. However, a quick glance at the space and you would never know that it is filled with numerous repair projects. It’s personalized, organized, and highly efficient. In a corresponding photograph in the set, you can see a dry erase board (color coordinated for its visual user) and well-labeled and organized repairs in progress. Thank you, Propsqueen81, for sharing with us your organized cube!
Want to have your own workspace featured in Workspace of the Week? Submit a picture to the Unclutterer flickr pool. Check it out because we have a nice little community brewing there. Also, don’t forget that workspaces aren’t just desks. If you’re a cook, it’s a kitchen; if you’re a carpenter, it’s your workbench.

That kicks the hell out of my area. Time to change it up.
If you don’t mind checking this out, I just wrote a blog post and distressing and relaxing.

So, I have a question.
For you non-visual learners, does color coding and graphs or pictures/icons just confuse you?

In case anyone is wondering, I work directly across from Propsqueen81 (that window on the left there goes to my cubicle) and it really IS amazingly organized. Don’t know how she does it.

Now, that looks like a work space where someone actually works! Nice!
