Thanks everyone for the kind words! I actually used a lot of tips from Unclutterer when my significant other and I decided to turn our spare bedroom into a home office.

@Tracey & One Bag Nation - A large percentage (~90%) of my files are electronic but whatever I do keep is stored in Stockholm Project Cases (purchased from The Container Store) and stashed away in an IKEA EXPEDIT shelf. I also have a closet (not shown) where I use two small file cases to store any additional papers.

@megan - You'll never believe it but this paint is actually 'oops' paint that my significant other found at Lowe's. Unfortunately, since the tint was a mistake, I have no way of knowing what the exact color is - but hey it was only $5. :)

This workspace is great! I appreciate the photos showing exactly how the cords are hidden.

And I'll add another cheer for the Kassett.

Another fan of the Kassett! I love them - it's by far my favorite thing @ IKEA. Witness my Kassettization of our DVD collection: http://flickr.com/photos/swatymyers/2372963800/in/set-72157604084493373/

I love the green and I love the corner windows, and this space manages to be clutter-free without looking too sterile.

As Tracey mentioned, I was wondering about paper file storage too; is it possible to work or run a household in a paperless world?

Love the simple lines of the desk! Are all of your files electronic in this office, or did I miss the files? I could use some new ideas for storage of paper and files- as an interior decorator, I am forever saving pages for inspiration. Any thoughts?

I love this space! I agree that the color is calming, the light and the rich dark wood are warm, and the way the cords are handled is genius. Sometimes I don't care for the spaces featured here--many of them seem stark. But this seems like a very nice place to work.

I am looking around my office right now, and it's definitely NOT workspace of the week material. I wonder if people would be willing to come out of the closet and post pictures of their messay workspaces! Unclutterer, take me away!!

There is just so much to love about this space: the simplicity of it all, the lack of clutter, the amazing corner windows, or the soothing green walls. The whole thing is just so conducive to focusing on work.
