I'm sorry, but this was painful to watch! There is a much easier way to apply these decals to you wall (or any flat surface). Take the decal and two or three pieces of masking tape and apply it to the front (protective surface or premask, as it can be called) stick it gently to the wall and use a measuring tape to make it level on the wall (if you want it to be straight). Once you have it in place, make sure the masking tape is sticking to both the decal and the wall, grab the decal from the bottom (untaped side) flip it up, remove the backing and grab both corners of the premask and bring the decal down to the wall (flat). With a credit card (or more properly, a tool called a squeegee you can get at a sign place) work from the inside out pressing the decal to the wall. When it's applied, remove the premask by starting at one corner and keep the premask close to the wall (don't yank and pull it away!) and peel it off. Voila! Applied decal!
