		<description>On the topic of clothes that no longer fit. The releasing of the old smaller sizes can be very freeing and thus take stress and pressure of yourself to loose weight. I have found that with clients I work with it calls them to be more present with who they are, face fears or issues related to the weight gain and sit more with the person who is in front of them. As a result many people loose weight without trying.

It cuts down on the junk and forces her to make choices. &quot;If you really &#039;need&#039; something, what are you going to give up to make it happen?&quot; we tell her!
