<description>I have too many lids to fit into the cabinet door lid organizer. I simply use a cardboard box--the size best for me is the box computer paper comes in. I just dump all the lids into it. It slides forward easily--just reach in and grab the lid you want.

<description>Another easy tip is to slide loop-handled lids onto the handle of the pot/pan they belong to. (If you hang your pots and pans.)

<description>I put a simple steel curtain rod, a little wider than the width of my stove, an inch or so higher than the back panel of my stove. Bent the brackets so that the rod was closer to the wall so that my most used lids will not slide through. They're handier to get to than inside a cabinet, and are used so often that they don't build up a collection of cooking grease spatter.

<description>may sound obvious but make sure you have plenty of room inside your cupboard so all lids fit when the door is closed. Sinks and shelfs often get in the way!
