		<description>If you have need for a lot of cables, you can buy a spool of Ethernet cable and some connectors (and a crimper), cut them to the exact length and crimp the connectors on yourself. Yes, there's some extra clutter in keeping a spool and a crimper in the storage closet, but the reduced "rat's nest" is worth it-- it's also cheaper per foot to build your own. Same goes for audio and video cables in you have the inclination.
